Supporting SME Growth

We are pleased to announce that Paul Scott, Growth Champion with the Enterprise M3 Growth Hub, will be bringing the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Growth Hub to the heart of Southampton Science Park from November, offering one-to-one business clinics. 

Paul will be hosting a Growth Clinic on the first Thursday of each month within our Incubation Centre. This service is fully funded and open to both Science Park based businesses and those located within the wider Enterprise M3 area of central and north Hampshire and west Surrey.

After a career in the private sector, twenty years of which were operating at board level, Paul moved into coaching and mentoring on business growth nine years ago. 

He said: I’m very much looking forward to taking up my association with Southampton Science Park, which I know is home to some very impressive businesses with huge amounts of potential. I can’t wait to get to know them and see how I can help them develop and grow.”

CEO of the Science Park, Robin Chave, added: “We have long worked alongside the Enterprise M3 team to boost the economic development of our region by supporting the many businesses based here. I am delighted to be building on this relationship to date by welcoming Paul to the Science Park on a regular basis to further boost momentum. This initiative sits perfectly within our existing programme of support to start-ups and early-stage businesses which ranges from a varied events programme to formal coaching and membership programmes like Catalyst and SETsquared.
