Southampton Science Park’s multi-occupancy Science Centre enables start-up and early stage businesses to conduct commercially-oriented research and development in their own secure, self-contained facilities. Easy-in, easy-out short-term laboratory leases are designed to alleviate the common problem that small companies face with significant upfront fit-out investment.
Facilitating research
We offer a variety of category 1 wet and dry laboratories, suitable for chemistry, biology or electronic applications, with supporting office accommodation to the first floor. We’ve planned it carefully to cover the majority of requirements including secure gas storage, climate-controlled storage and a loading bay allowing resident companies to have equipment delivered straight to their door.
