Morning welcome refreshments, invigorating lunch or afternoon tea and cake, Southampton Science Park’s on-site catering team is here to help with all your meeting and event food and drink needs.
Select your menu requirements and we will deliver anywhere on the Science Park – to your office space, to a meeting room or to our events venue Axis.
We are always delighted to discuss your specific requirements and welcome enquiries. Our catering service is available to resident and non-resident businesses hosting a meeting or event here.

Packed lunch
Going out for the day? Why not save yourself the hassle with one of our packed lunches, only £6.00 (per lunch)?
Each pack contains 1 x sandwich, 1 piece of fruit, 1x packet of crisps and 1 x bottle of water.
We can do special orders, too! Come and chat to us about what you need and we’ll let you know a price.

Ordering information
Our standard delivery times for delivered catering are between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We must receive all bookings and final numbers at least 7 working days before the start date of your event.
All bookings need to be confirmed by email to j.woodward@science-park.co.uk
Please contact the Hospitality Team for any amendments to bookings that are within 72 working hours of delivery.
In the event of a full or partial cancellation within 72 working hours of the delivery date, the full catering charge will be incurred. Large orders and some menu items will incur a charge if cancelled within 5 working days, please check at the time of booking.
For all catering supplied to non-University of Southampton Science Park meeting rooms there will be a £12.50 delivery charge.
Should you require any dietary requirements please advise at the time of booking.
