Planning Out Future Science Park Workspaces
In the summer of 2020, Southampton Science Park invited everyone who works here to share their views about what matters to them when it comes to their working environment.
The Science Park management team has now reviewed every single valuable comment received and has presented the feedback to the employees of all resident companies, outlining the actions that are being taken as a result.
Robin Chave, Science Park CEO, commented: “Working environments came into focus last year more than ever before, as individuals and organisations reflected on their needs and priorities. Consequently, there has never been a more important time for us to check in with our community to ensure that we continue to provide an environment with a positive impact not just on team wellbeing and retention, but on business productivity and resilience too.
“Thank you to all who took the time to get involved in making Southampton Science Park a fantastic place to do business here in the South. Your insights have proved extremely helpful to us as we work to continue to provide the highest quality office and laboratory space for you and your colleagues.”
