Launching virtual tours
Southampton Science Park has today launched interactive virtual tours of three properties which house office space available for lease: Gamma House, Kenneth Dibben House and Benham 5.
These self-guided interactive tours enable prospective residents to explore the properties in full colour, in 3D and from any angle. It is even possible to electronically measure for space planning.
Jane Holt, Science Park Business Development Director, explains: “Many business leaders are taking this unexpected opportunity to stop and consider their operational and financial choices to ensure that their companies are fit for the future. Their company’s physical location is no exception. With these dynamic virtual tours, we hope to serve those managers who might be considering a move in the future - but may not wish to conduct the usual face-to-face show round while social distancing rules are in place - to evaluate their options here at the Science Park in a time-efficient manner.”
