Test Valley Business Awards 2025 Launched
Southampton Science Park is once again proud to be a gold sponsor of the Test Valley Business Awards. The annual awards scheme officially launched in style at the stunning Kimbridge Barn near Romsey this month, with the Science Park’s Events and Communications Coordinator, Letoya Baptista in attendance.
The Science Park is sponsoring the 2025 Business Innovation and Technology Award which seeks to recognise a business that stands out for its innovative and proven use of technology in fostering advancements in products, services, or operations. The winner will have successfully embraced technological innovation to gain a competitive edge in their marketplace: perhaps technology has helped validate a new product concept, or enabled a new business process that’s had a positive impact on efficiency, customer satisfaction or market competitiveness.
One such previous winner is solar energy specialist Absolar, which is giving back to the community by sponsoring the Corporate Business Award category this year.
Director Nic Cory commented at the launch, “Early in our business journey, we were fortunate to receive two awards at the Test Valley Business Awards and we can trace our growth back to that night. The coverage and confidence that gave us and our staff led to a new project and further growth for us. It’s a compelling example of how these awards have a tangible impact on a business. This is why we chose to sponsor an award this year; we wanted to emphasise the importance of supporting our community and local businesses.”

The atmosphere at our launch was filled with energy and the conversations in the room were truly delightful. It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new acquaintances, and explore shared business opportunities and ways to support one another.”
Online entries are now open and the winners will be announced on 16th September at a gala event at The Lights, Andover.
