Get involved and embrace the season of goodwill at Southampton Science Park. This year we have three wonderful ways to get involved with your colleagues and peers around the Science Park and have a bit of fun while you’re at it. 

3. Give a little – The Christmas Toy Appeal: until December

Science Park Office, Venture Road 

We are partnering with Southampton City Council's social services team again to make sure that the city’s vulnerable children receive a present this Christmas and you can be a part of it. Collect a gift tag from the Science Park Office to reveal the age and gender of the child to buy for. Pop an unwrapped present up to the value of £10 in a gift bag back into the office, and we will deliver all of your presents to the council to distribute them for us. 

2. Buy a little – The Christmas Market: Wednesday 6 December

Axis Conference Centre between 11am and 2pm

We’re delighted to announce the return of our cosy Christmas market. What better way to spend your lunch break than to support local businesses and get into the festive spirit? From mulled wine to mince pies and bratwurst to burgers, there’ll be plenty of warming treats on offer while browsing stalls of handmade goodies, gifts and crafts. It’s free but let us know you’re coming here. 

1. Celebrate a lot! – The Christmas Party: Wednesday 13 December 

Chilworth Manor Hotel, 7pm ‘til late

Give yourself and your colleagues a pat on the back. We can only squeeze 150 people into our dedicated room at the Chilworth Manor, so don’t delay in booking your seats or tables at our Candy Canes and Gingerbread Christmas Party. They’re selling like… hot gingerbread! There’ll be bubbles, three sumptuous courses to feast on and dancing ‘til you drop – an opportunity to celebrate all your hard work and achievements with your colleagues as the year draws to a close.
