Shortlisted for Excellence
Southampton Science Park is delighted to be named as a finalist for three South Coast Property Awards: Business Park of the Year, Commercial Landlord of the Year and Workplace Environment of the Year.
The leading commercial property event in the region, organised by The Business Magazine, recognises the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector. Winners of the 14 award categories will be revealed at an event at The Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton on 29th September in the company of host comedian Marcus Brigstocke.
Commenting on the tough task the judges faced in selecting finalists and winners, Peter Laurie, Senior Adviser at The Business Magazine said: “The last 18 months have been like no other for the property sector, businesses operating in both the commercial and residential property sectors have had to be agile in seeking new opportunities and these awards recognise their outstanding efforts.”
Science Park CEO, Robin Chave, commented: “Working as an enabler for our resident community, we help to attract investment and talented people to the south coast, resulting in a significant contribution to the local economy. I’m pleased that our continual efforts to provide an unparalleled place for technology companies to grow and build on this contribution have been recognised by the judges for these prestigious awards. We congratulate all of the finalists and look forward to celebrating with our peers in the vibrant south coast property community next month.”
