Facilitating online communications
Responding to companies’ fast evolving communication needs and meeting spaces, Southampton Science Park is pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated video conferencing suite, designed to make online meetings look professional and work efficiently.
Situated on the first floor of Kenneth Dibben House, in a quiet, low-footfall area for privacy, the video conferencing suite is central on the Park with adjacent parking. Light, bright, with opening windows, air conditioning and split lighting, it offers a prestigious setting from which to communicate. It seats six people very comfortably.
Equipped with superfast broadband, connecting is easy – simply bring a laptop and plug in. The HD web camera, separate microphone and speaker unit provide high quality image and sound that will be noticeable to remote participants joining on the wall-mounted LCD screen.
The Science Park’s Conferencing Manager, Emily Witchell, said: “Our new meeting facility makes it easy to engage with staff working remotely, as well as suppliers, customers, investors or other stakeholders in a more personal way, without the need to spend time traveling or worrying about Covid-19 compliance.”
Southampton Science Park’s video conferencing suite is available to book on an hourly rate of just £35.00+vat per hour by any business requiring a professional environment from which to communicate. Resident Science Park companies benefit from their generous meeting room discount. Meeting refreshments are available too.
