Easing Back Into Meetings

Continuing the evolution of its collaboration spaces, Southampton Science Park is delighted to unveil a new meeting and collaboration area on the first floor of the Innovation Centre: perfect for small-scale meetings as Covid-19 social distancing restrictions are eased.

Meeting Room One is a light, bright room for up to five people who can sit or stand around its high table. It is fully equipped with electrostatic windows for privacy and audio-visual equipment for video conferencing.

The adjacent Collaboration Zone has been newly created for Fusion customers. With table, power and a comfortable seating pod - with high sides for privacy and sound buffering - this productive area is flooded with natural light. Perfect for informal meetings over lunch or coffee, or as a breakout space for users of Meeting Room One.

This area has been completely redesigned to cater for resident and non-resident companies that need professional facilities for small-scale meetings on an ad-hoc basis.”
