Supporting Southern tech

Southampton Science Park is pleased to be supporting the inaugural Business Innovation South Expo taking place on Thursday 12 September.

The vision behind this new expo is clear.

Many established companies operating in STEM and innovation spheres across the south often find themselves priced out of the London, Birmingham and European expos. At the same time, all businesses, large or small, face ongoing multiple challenges ranging from reducing their carbon footprint to cyber security yet they struggle to keep abreast of the technologies that would address these challenges and drive their businesses forward. By drawing together businesses from across a broad spectrum of STEM and innovation industries and their servicers, Business Innovation South Expo (#BIS2019) aims to dovetail both needs.

Dr Robin Chave, the Science Park’s Interim CEO commented: “Harnessing exciting innovations and helping to support the business leaders working to turn ideas into successful, robust and scalable businesses is at the heart of what the Science Park does. We believe that this new expo shares the same vision and this is why we are pleased to support it. We look forward to making new connections at this event.”
