Southampton Science Park has been shortlisted in the 2019 South Coast Property Awards. Now in its fourth year, this is the leading property event in the Solent region across both commercial and residential property sectors.
The Science Park has been recognised in the category of Business Park Innovation of the Year; an award which highlights the role that parks play in the region’s economy and celebrates the ability of the developer, owner or management team to create a sustainable environment. Judges were looking for evidence of innovation, excellent facilities and work-life balance for occupiers.
The winner will be announced at a gala dinner hosted by well-known broadcaster Adrian Chiles at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl on Thursday 18 July.
