Your Speaker
Alison Craig makes a welcome return to the Science Park following her insightful session on leadership in Autumn 2021. Alison has dedicated her career to helping leaders get the best out of themselves and from others. After 26 years at the John Lewis Partnership, where she achieved high levels of success operationally before specialising in people development, Alison founded her own coaching company to support small companies and large enterprises across multiple sectors with their leadership programmes.
She says: “Whilst at John Lewis, I helped to lead and manage significant levels of change. Firstly, as a local Board member when the Southampton store relocated from its old post war building into its new location within West Quay. The size of the team, and turnover, doubled over night. I also supported multiple selling support teams as they faced reorganisation and redundancies. All of the hints and tips I share are based on practical experience of what works and, importantly, what can go wrong!”
