Your Speaker
Alison Craig has dedicated her career to helping leaders get the best out of themselves and from others. After 26 years at the John Lewis Partnership, where she achieved high levels of success operationally before specialising in people development, Alison founded her own coaching company to support small companies and large enterprises across multiple sectors with their leadership programmes.
She says: “I first learnt about coaching back in 1995, as a line manager at John Lewis. Knowing how to coach well radically changed the way I led and developed my team. It also made my life as a manager much less stressful!”
Alison’s third and final session in this leadership series will take place on Thursday 22 September.
