Your Speakers:
Kath Shimmin is a Partner in the Banking and Finance Team and was elected Chair of Blake Morgan in 2021. She has over 25 years’ experience in the finance sector and acts for a broad range of clients. These include many clearing banks and institutional lenders as well as corporate borrowers and lenders, non-institutional lenders, individuals, not for profit entities and NGOs.
Susan Elliott is Senior Manager, UK Network - South East Region, British Business Bank. With experience of private sector consulting, providing strategic advice for scale-ups, managing public sector business support contracts and partnership funding, she now works with British Business Bank delivery partners and intermediaries to help SMEs access growth finance.
