Robert is a serial entrepreneur who has worked in the IT industry for 20 years, across a range of roles covering sales, marketing, business development and senior management. In his current role as CEO of ZONR, he leads a team providing smart housing management systems that enable housing providers to transform the quality of the services they deliver.

Earlier in his career, Robert was responsible for taking his company 1st Touch through a management buyout to become the market-leading mobile solution in the social housing market. Before this he led a small compliance software company to become the leading European vendor identified by Gartner and Forrester.

For Catalyst, Robert is a member of the judging panel and he leads a workshop on entrepreneurialism. He says: “My workshop could be called ‘confessions of an entrepreneur’! It’s the story of my journey which has seen me invest in a range of software companies with successful exits. Having been there and done it, I have valuable learnings and experience to share.”
