The Science Park has a number of meeting rooms available for hire on an hourly or daily basis, suitable for between 2 and 100 people depending on the layout. All rooms are bookable on-line and tenants at the Park get a 33% reduction in the standard rates for the hire of meeting rooms. Catering for meetings can also be provided through our onsite coffee shop Lattes.

We provide the following in each room as standard: internet access (hard-wired and WiFi), power points, and a flip chart with paper and pens. Our conference rooms also have built in projectors and screens and wireless "ClickShare" systems enabling meeting delegates to easily share presentation materials.

Our hireable extras include: portable projectors, a web cam, a digital conference phone and an urn and crockery (for DIY catering).
