Managing Director Paul Webb commented: “As well as being a convenient and inspirational place to do business, the Science Park has always supported our commercial growth. Our UK operations are expanding rapidly and we require larger premises to enable us to exploit our full potential. 5 Benham Campus offers us just that. We are looking forward to taking up residency in December with an official launch for our new UK Head Office in early 2017.”
Peter Birkett, CEO of the University of Southampton Science Park at Chilworth, added: “We are delighted that Tekever Group will be moving its UK Head Office to our wonderful new facility and look forward to welcoming more tenants to this first rate accommodation. For all of us here, the Science Park is much more than property. Nurturing an innovative entrepreneurial community is as much a priority as delivering excellence when it comes to office and laboratory space. With occupancy levels of over 90% at the Science Park since 2014, building 5 Benham Campus was an obvious next step and we are grateful to the University of Southampton and all project partners for supporting this initiative.”
